Booking Policy

To confirm your safari booking, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your departure. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the trip are eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% charge, and those within 7 days are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates are permitted up to 15 days before departure based on availability. Travel insurance is recommended. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather or park conditions while ensuring the best experience possible.
