Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli – Elephant Plains Adventure

Location: Amboseli National Park, Kenya
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or airport at 7:30 am, followed by a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park. Arriving shortly after noon, you’ll check into Kibo Safari Camp, enjoy a hot lunch, and take some time to relax. At 4:00 pm, embark on an afternoon game drive to witness Amboseli’s famous elephants — over 1,600 individuals from 56 families, each with its own name — set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. After the game drive, return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay, soaking in the park’s magnificent scenery. The best time to visit is June–October and January–February, with high season from December–March and July–October, and all meals are included with drinking water provided.

Day 2

Amboseli – Full-Day Game Drives

Location: Amboseli National Park, Kenya
Enjoy a flexible schedule in Amboseli National Park today. You can start with a relaxed breakfast or embark on an early morning game drive at 6:00 am to catch the park at sunrise. Alternatively, depart at 7:30 am for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, exploring Amboseli’s iconic landscapes and observing elephants, zebras, giraffes, and other wildlife. Return to Amboseli Sopa Lodge in the afternoon to relax, or join a mid-afternoon game drive at 4:00 pm. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge, enjoying the stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Day 3

Amboseli to Sweetwaters – Rhinos and Chimpanzees

After an early breakfast at 6:00 am, depart from Amboseli and drive through the scenic slopes of Mount Kenya, crossing the equator to reach Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary. Arriving shortly after noon, check into Comfort Gardens Sweetwaters and enjoy a hot lunch before some relaxation. At 3:30 pm, embark on an afternoon game drive in search of white and black rhinos, as well as other wildlife. Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, observing orphaned chimps up close, and see the last two northern white rhinos in the world. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, with the best time to visit being June–September, high season from June–October and December–March, and all meals included with drinking water provided.

Day 4

Sweetwaters to Samburu – Big Cats and Unique Wildlife

Location: Samburu National Reserve, Kenya
Start the day with an early morning game drive at 6:00 am in Sweetwaters in search of big cats before returning to the lodge for breakfast. Afterwards, drive to Samburu National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch and some relaxation. At 4:00 pm, head out for an afternoon game drive to spot the elusive leopard and other wildlife. The reserve is famous for the Samburu Special Five: Baisa oryx, gerenuk, Defassa waterbuck, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, and Somali ostrich. Return to Samburu Simba Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, with the best time to visit being June–September and January–February, high season from December–March and July–October, and all meals included with drinking water provided.

Day 5

Samburu – Morning and Evening Game Drives

Location: Samburu National Reserve, Kenya
Take advantage of the cooler hours in Samburu National Reserve with an early morning game drive at 6:00 am, when wildlife is most active. Return to Samburu Simba Lodge for breakfast and relax during the hotter hours of the day. At 4:00 pm, depart for an afternoon game drive to observe elephants, lions, and the unique Samburu species. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge, with all meals included and drinking water provided. This semi-arid region offers the best wildlife viewing during mornings and late afternoons.

Day 6

Samburu to Lake Naivasha – Boat and Walking Safari

Location: Lake Naivasha, Kenya

Enjoy a flexible schedule in Masai Mara National Reserve, where you can choose a relaxed breakfast or an early morning game drive at 6:00 am to explore the park at sunrise. Alternatively, depart at 7:30 am for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, giving you the chance to visit the Mara River and witness the Great Migration (seasonal), as well as spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, and other wildlife. Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara – Hell’s Gate and Cultural Safari

Location:   Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
After breakfast at Lake Naivasha, head to Hell’s Gate National Park for a chance to enjoy a cycling safari and hiking among its dramatic gorges. Later, drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch and some relaxation. At 5:00 pm, be picked up by Masai Morans (warriors) for a walking safari in the dense Masai Mara, followed by a cultural tour of local tribes. Return to Zebra Plains Mara Camp for dinner and an overnight stay. The best time to visit is June–October for wildlife viewing and July–October for the wildebeest migration, with high season from June–October and December–March, and all meals included with drinking water provided.

Day 8

Masai Mara Full Day Game Drives

Location: Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Today’s itinerary is flexible, allowing you to discuss plans with your guide. You can choose a relaxed breakfast before departing for a full-day game drive around 7:30 am with a picnic lunch, visiting the Mara River if the wildebeest migration is in season and spotting lions, cheetahs, elephants, and other wildlife. Alternatively, depart at 6:00 am for an early morning game drive, return for breakfast, and relax until the afternoon game drive at 4:00 pm. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at Zebra Plains Mara Camp, with all meals included and drinking water provided.

Day 9

Masai Mara – More Game Drives

Location:   Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Enjoy another day of thrilling wildlife adventures in Masai Mara National Reserve. You can choose to start with a relaxed breakfast and depart for a full-day game drive around 7:30 am with a picnic lunch, or take an early morning drive at 6:00 am, returning to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the hotter hours relaxing at Zebra Plains Mara Camp before heading out for the afternoon game drive at 4:00 pm. Return at 6:30 pm for dinner and overnight stay, with all meals included and drinking water provided. This day provides more opportunities to witness the spectacular wildlife and landscapes of the Masai Mara.

Day 10

Masai Mara to Nairobi- Farewell Safari

Location:   Nairobi, Kenya

After breakfast, prepare for your journey back to Nairobi, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure. Depending on your flight schedule, your guide will arrange your departure from Masai Mara. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you can enjoy optional excursions such as visiting the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum, Kazuri Beads Centre, or Bomas of Kenya. Later, you’ll be transferred to your hotel or directly to the airport for your home-bound flight. Breakfast and lunch are included, with drinking water provided.
